Tho the cloaca means only one external orifice, if you feel around inside you’ll notice a fork in the road. One is his vagina, one is his rectum. So you could theoretically squeeze, say, a bullet vib up into one passage while you occupy the other.
His prostate sits right between these two canals and is fairly sensitive. You can rub it from either side.
